Students’ testimony
Thank God for giving me the opportunity to learn the Word of God. Thank you for the support of my elders. They give me the opportunity to be equipped in the seminary without any worries. Time flies so fast. In this year (2020) I will be on the third year of my theology study. I have learned a lot in the seminary, but I still need to study harder and understand the will of God better. Sometimes there are many problems and difficulties. The pressure has been great but I know they are necessary. There are also a lot of lessons to learn from it because I need to grow and become mature. I need to learn the skills and be trained in handling people relationship, family life, social life, marital relationship and so on. Some people say: Study is a hard and tedious task. It really makes me tired, but there is joy out of suffering and peace out of tiredness. God’s grace is incalculable. I take my opportunity to study further as God’s grace. I want to thank the elders for your love. May God remember you and the Lord bless you abundantly.
Before I entered the Bethel Holy Word Theological Seminary, one of my classmates in the college went before me to the seminary for theology study. At that time, there was yearning and hope in me that I could also have the opportunity to do it. Because of her saying from my Ps Li Ping Xiu, I was particularly encouraged and motivated to study harder. She said “To be a preacher, you must go to the seminary to be equipped and must work hard on God’s words to prepare yourself well, so that you can persistently groom up others and grow with you.” So, I began to pray to God to make a way for me. Praise the Lord! Because our God is a living God. He answered my prayers and knew my burning desire inside. One year later, Ps Li Ping Xiu gave me the recommendation to enroll with theology study in the seminary. I am full of joy and hope.

I am Wang Li Bao. I enrolled with the Bethel Holy Word Theological Seminary after graduating from GraceWorld Discipleship College. Give thanks to God! One year has quickly passed. It had been a very fruitful year for me, because I studied at three different schools at the same time this year, namely, the third year of Chinese High School, the first year of Thai University, and the first year of theology study. Thank God! Going through the studies, it had been quite heavy for me. Because of the grace of God, I have graduated from Chinese senior high school. In my theology study, I gradually uncovered changes God made in my life, such as my temper, emotions, patience and love. I feel the constant changes in me. Thank God. I dwell in God’s words every day which makes me feel warm and blessed.

My name is Li Si Xia. I am 19 years old, belong to the Aha ethnic group, and born in Thailand. There are two children in my family, my brother and me. The family members are Catholics. Every child is brought to the church by their parents to attend mass ceremonies. I remember going to church with my friends when I was 4-5 years old. I saw many elder brothers and sisters singing, and then sitting quietly listening to God’s words. That’s how I like going to the church. I went to the church every Saturday and Sunday. I often go to church with my friends because I can hear nice songs in the church, and more importantly, I can eat cookies every week. Until I was 12 years old, I started interested in God but did not really accept Him and believe in Him. When I saw my friend baptizing, I felt like to be baptized too. However, my pastor told me to go back and pray for it. So, I have been praying for it.
